Every Year Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM) conducts a conference in the month of December (29-30), indeed a pleasant month to spend time at the foothills of Western Ghats, a serene environment. Our institute is a part of Nitte Educational Trust established in 1998 to prepare enterprising leaders who are ethically and socially responsible. Our Institute is quite different from the mainstream management institutes and we are trying to bring change in the traditional management thinking.
This year the theme of the conference is Ethics and Governance in Management. One of the sub themes of the conference is Integral Management/ Spirituality and Management/ Management by consciousness.
