Savitri by Sri Aurobindo has been aptly compared with The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri and Paradise Lost by John Milton. Considered incomplete, Savitri may lack the technical perfection of others but surely exceeds them by philosophical profundity and futuristic significance.
