Over time, you get a good sense of the main Aurobindo philosophy and practice, without having to read Aurobindo (which can be difficult!) On my one trip to India, I spent a couple of weeks at Pondicherry, with some days at Auroville. Aurobindo is the originator or Integral Yoga, and one of his main disciples Haridas Chaudhuri (I think a disciple) a founder of California Institute of Integral Studies. So Aurobindo is really one of the first go-to "integral" guys - definitely before Ken Wilber. # posted by Tusar N Mohapatra : 12:39 PM
