With this understanding Indian People’s Congress was formed. It was got registered on 30th March, 1993 with the Election Commission of India... In its founding meeting, the Party elected its first National Central Committee with Shreepal Singh, an advocate of the Supreme Court of India as its Chairman and Kaushalendra Dhwaj, an advocate practicing in Meerut as its General Secretary.

Humanity is full of ignorance and divisive desires. Everybody knows in a disputed contest, it is the power of science and technology that offers the victory. But this power of science and technology is in the hands of capitalist and the mass discontent can be overpowered by that power; moreover, this mass discontent even if aided by the intellectual (scientists) holder of this power of science and technology, it brings humans to lower human weakness – desire for revenge and violence. It is Socialism – or still better, Communism. It is no solution for the dilemma.
But we are still humans – rooted in human ignorance and weaknesses. We need freedom and need to manage our affairs as humans. There is solution to this problem. The solution to this problem in its natural way is a long drawn process. But it can be speeded up by human efforts. How to do it? The way is to get together of informed scientists and intellectuals on a global platform and make them educate the humanity about the ongoing process of human transformation, and make them ready and willing for this transformation.
The need of the hour is to cobble an International Council for Human Transition. It could be the best place for brilliant human minds to get together at a place and lead the humanity towards her better future.
